This trajectory is not sustainable.
It is really disappointing that Administrator Regan wouldn't give Congress the same respect.
We will continue to evaluate places where the PACT Act can and should be expanded.
If your only metric is the environment, it will be bad for the environment, not to mention the fact it is going to drama...
