We need guardrails, but we don't need roadblocks.
This situation is going to get much more urgent for farmers. They need to get tools in a timely fashion.
Under this Administration the EPA has adopted the mindset of dictating rather than working collaboratively.
The PACT Act was never meant to be a one and done.
