It is incredibly easy for our members right now, under this regulatory regime, to unknowingly break the law.

So, now here we are, a year into the Biden administration's new WOTUS ruling, and nothing has changed.

This is why I extended an invitation last December for Administrator Regan to reappear before the Committee.
