Mike Bost: “Congressman Bost and Representative Craig have been developing. We support that bill.”

I'm feeling good as long as my members stay with us on the rule.

May I inquire of the Chair as to how much time is remaining. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mrs. Miller-Meeks). The gentleman from Illinois has 4\1/2\ minutes remaining.

They're holding all bills hostage.

I have no further speakers, I am ready to close, and I reserve the balance of my time.
