I would say top priority, in coming budgets would be the missile defense, bricks and mortar that we need to make sure we carry out our commitments to build missile defense sites in Poland, and in Japan, and in Turkey, and in Romania to make sure that we fulfill those commitments.

I would say you could expect some further definition from this committee on that point, that we need to move forward on this point to make sure there is no net burden on the soldier and sailor when they come out of the Service.
I am dismayed that... not once did the Administration ever share that this was a pending item and/or that it was in the midst of a potential negotiation.
I want to make sure that--only this committee, I think, with jurisdiction over military construction and VA, can lean on both bureaucracies.
