Mark Kirk: “I think IPAB's future depends on the presidential election.”

I am disappointed that we do not have a representative from the Administration here today.

I am always concerned about what our policy is in the world as it relates to how we deal with achieving the release of hostages.

I look forward to better understanding how we can move forward in a very nonpartisan way.

I want to thank everyone for their volunteering today.
