Puerto Ricans are American citizens; and citizenship in America is supposed to be only one.
We are going to ultimately decide on one status. But let's remember this is irrevocable.
Statehood means complete protection of the U.S. Constitution to more than 3 million Americans.
The issue for me is full disclosure and transparency.
