I am prepared to close, and I yield myself the balance of my time for closing. This bill falls short of what Americans deserve. It cuts necessary funding to secure our border, it defunds critical counterterrorism and cybersecurity programs when we should be looking to invest more, and it abandons our core values as Americans. I will be voting ``no'' on this bill. I encourage my colleagues to do the same. Madam Chair, I yield back the balance of my time.
