“I support H.R. 6. This is not a perfect bill, and we are going to vote later today and next week to fix some of the problems, particularly in the provisions regarding home schooling. But both of the gentleman from Michigan and the gentleman from Pennsylvania have brought out a bill that on the whole deserves our support. Those of us concerned about federally impacted schools have worked for years on this reauthorization.
