It is time this bill gets passed, and I am particularly pleased, from what I am hearing from the other side and from the EPA is that this may very well be the year to do it.

We all want a clean environment, but we cannot fund it in a competitive global marketplace if Americans' ingenuity consciously recedes into a place where our manufacturing sector has a GDP of a third-world country.
