While I will not oppose this amendment, this section, in particular, is objectionable. But putting Agency decisions on their website sounds like a reasonable proposal. I am concerned about the timing of 60 days--that would be something that the Agency can do without a problem--and would have preferred that the Agency was invited to testify on sweeping an antiscience bill and its implications. I do not intend to oppose this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
