I am joined with some high school students from North City, Illinois, which is a small rural community. The thing that is worrying them and they are focusing on is, where are the jobs going to be? And I always come back to over this last year and a half: What have we done to help create an environment? As you know, and you have got a great background in this, there is a simple statement: If you want employees, you have to have employers.
