So, to keep cost out of this debate is ridiculous, because it does cost money to meet these standards, and when you try to cheap out, you hurt the very people that you are supposed to locally protect.

Since last Friday, I have been working in good faith to find a path forward on a bill to ban asbestos. Democrats ended that effort yesterday evening. The bill passed the Energy and Commerce Committee with bipartisan support last November…
