And what it means is, when you would get to 65 years old, rather than getting Medicare, you would get a voucher and be told, Go out and buy insurance. There is no more guaranteed Medicare for you. There is no more guaranteed package of benefits. You go out and buy insurance. And that is really privatizing Medicare and destroying it for every American that is currently under 55 years old. When they get to 65, they wouldn't have it.
