I am going the read one more, and this is from volume I, pages 14 and 15. ``By the end of the 2016 U.S. election, the IRA''--that is that Russian organization that has influenced the media in the United States of America in our elections--``the IRA had the ability to reach millions of U.S. persons through their social media accounts. Multiple IRA-controlled Facebook groups and Instagram accounts had hundreds of thousands of U.S. participants.…
