Let me emphasize that. I think that is one of the most important things that's in our legislation. Because, after all, who does not have some kind of preexisting condition? And for the insurance companies, sometimes they'll call acne a preexisting condition that will preclude people from health care. This bill will say, when it goes into full effect--Congresswoman Woolsey is right. Children almost immediately will not be excluded for preexisting conditions. But for everyone else, in 2014, they will not be able to exclude you because you've been sick.
