It is estimated that between the IRA and the CHIPS and Science Act that by 2030 we should see nearly half a million new jobs.

So thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, we have already seen 142,000 new jobs that have been created.

So we need more technologists. We need to hire more people who really know what they are doing and what they are looking for.

We have the tools. That is the good news.
