I thank the gentleman for yielding. I would like to ask my friend, Mr. Whitfield, since we're now talking about mercury or methylmercury, if the amendment that I offered read, instead of the way it does, ``If Congress finds that mercury released into the ambient air from industrial boilers and waste incinerators becomes a potent neurotoxin that can damage the development of an infant's brain''--because that's what happens. The mercury, if you want to pick the semantics of it, becomes methylmercury--then we could make it that way.
