I just think it's really important to put on the record that this is not a new requirement...

the opioid epidemic is there, and now for life-saving drugs those prices are going through the roof.

I don't see why any debt collector, even for a Federal-backed loan, should be given free rein to harass consumers.

I expect the courts will agree that many, if not all, of these actions are unjustified.
