I strongly objected to the idea of creating a fiscal commission, believing that the Members of Congress are fully capable of coming up with budget decisions.

I’ve seen the devastating impact that car crashes and unsafe vehicles have on families and communities, and it is simply unacceptable that so many lives are still being lost on our roadways.

I certainly think that it needs to be stopped.
