PhRMA is opposed to any legislation that would require pharmaceutical manufacturers to provide basic transparency to the American people.

My legislation, the Fair Drug Pricing Act, H.R. 2296, is a bipartisan, bicameral bill that will force the drug companies to be transparent.

I welcome H.R. 2600 introduced by Representative Dean which takes the same approach for PFAS chemicals.

I think it would be a very wise move to deal with a class of compounds that is persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic and mobile.
