I believe more than anything else that when we look at the disappearance of preclearance from the Voting Rights Act... this is a new phenomenon in an old ball game.
The struggle for the right to vote has been a struggle against all political parties in our history.
I openly encourage people to vote all over the country and in Texas right now.
