I submit to my colleagues that the better question that we all ought to be concerned about as Members of Congress, as American citizens, do we want to dumb- down, do we want to lower the expectation of the conduct of the chief law enforcement officer of this country, the Commander in Chief of this country who sends our soldiers off to foreign lands in harm's way, the President of the United States?
