I think what we are hearing here are more of the legalisms, more of the legal gymnastics, more of the hair splitting that we should not be hearing in this context, and I would also point out that the President's own lawyer in his presentation to the Committee on the Judiciary admitted that when the President answered the questions in the deposition he intended to mislead by his answers.
