I want to say what a genuine pleasure it is to work with fiery, intelligent, energetic, honorable Congressmen like the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Jackson), the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Lipinski), the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Mica), and the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Kirk). They are the salt of the Earth. This was a debate on the merits, and, even though they stacked the deck on us, it still was a pleasure.
