Reclaiming my time, I disagree. The gentleman is looking for protection and recourse for the injured plaintiff, and the injured plaintiff can have it against the seller. Now you wish to have a multimillionaire manufacturer in Prague. They still are entitled to due process, and it is not due process by requiring some clairvoyance on the part of the manufacturer to know where that product may end up in the United States.
