We are talking about a particularly hideous, gruesome form of abortion called partial-birth abortion. Yesterday, we decided that flags were not for burning. I hope today we decide that little infants are not for killing. Partial-birth abortion is exactly what the pro-choice late Senator from New York said it is: infanticide.
