The bottom line is under the plan that the gentlewoman from Connecticut (Mrs. Johnson) is managing before the House of Representatives, we have an opportunity to save for senior citizens real money. The overall out-of-pocket drug costs would fall by as much as 70 percent according to the Department of Human Services with the plan we have before us today.”
