In my home State of Illinois, 58,000 senior citizens between the ages of 65 and 70 are currently punished because they are working. They are losing almost one-third of their Social Security benefits if they make more than $17,000 a year. Essentially, they are being taxed at Donald Trump's rates. That is not right. That is not fair.”
