Donald H. Rumsfeld: “I believe that NATO... has the potential to bring a multinational approach to some problems in the world.”

No terrorist state poses a greater or more immediate threat to the security of our people and the stability of the world than the regime of Saddam Hussein and Iraq.

We went to war with the Army we had, not the Army we would have liked to have.

But, as Donald Rumsfeld, who, sadly, passed away today, said numerous times, the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence.

The actions of the soldiers in those photographs are totally unacceptable and up American.
