I might ask the Senator from Iowa, at the end of the day is it not true that while these for-profit schools have about 10 percent of the students in America, they take in almost 25 percent of all Federal aid to education?

I have threatened some of these for-profit schools as a way of getting them to drop the loans that they were enforcing on these students, because I know what happens in the end.
