I ask my friend from Rhode Island to take note of the fact that we are conscious of Senator Pell's great contributions to America. The Pell grants have helped a lot of young people in unfortunate circumstances have a chance to succeed in life. It is a wonderful legacy. I know you see him from time to time, and I hope you will tell him we haven't forgotten the great contribution he made to this Nation.
