I ask the Senator from Florida, through the Chair, is it also true that the bill sent to us by the House, after we passed a bipartisan bill with 89 votes, had no Democratic signatories--no House Members of the Democratic Party signing onto this conference report that was sent over to us--so it was a totally Republican conference report?
