But after 1995, the Senator is arguing, the industry knew what was going on. They knew what the challenge was. If they continued to sell computers they knew were going to crash or did not take the time to fix, then she is saying the customers, the businesses, the doctors and engineers that bought the computers shouldn't be left holding the bag; it should be the expense of the computer company to fix it. Is that the Senator's amendment?
