So for clarity, I ask the Senator, the bill we are going to be asked to vote on has an exception. This procedure is allowed if the life of the mother is at stake. But all of the significant health risks which you have just read, does this bill allow a doctor, in the midst of a medical emergency, to terminate a pregnancy if there is a significant health risk to the mother?
