I think the changes in language the Senator made to his amendment have made them virtually identical, so it appears we are setting out to do the same thing. So that there is clarity in the record, I want to make sure I understand this. My amendment said $19 million will be available to this program for defense and a veterans brain injuries center. Is that the Senator's modified amendment?
