The vast majority of people who are incarcerated will one day be released, so we should help prepare them for successful reentry.

I think that every Member of Congress in every two year term or every six year term, should visit a foreign country.

Thanks to many of you, especially Senator Grassley and Chairman Durbin, I was spared from spending another decade behind bars.

The sooner it reports the better. I want to thank those who are participating in that effort.
