That is right, he misspoke and, as a result, he was returned to the private sector. Now we see his predecessor, Mr. Mankiw, who now has misspoken, but we have his report. President Bush sent his report to Congress and he said outsourcing American jobs is good for America. I am sure we are going to hear a correction before the Sun goes down in Washington today.
