I am pleased to be interrupted with that good news. Isn't it curious that this effort to provide research funds for children's health, funded by excess attorney's fees, would only apply to attorney's fees in excess for the plaintiffs, that the law firms representing Philip Morris and RJR and all the tobacco companies can charge whatever they care to charge. Now, I think that pierces the veil of what this is all about. But let's read on. What else is the Senator from Alabama setting out to do here?
