Dick Durbin said "Mr. President, following leader remarks, the Senate will begin consideration of H.R. 5949, the FISA reauthorization bill. At approximately 9:45 a.m. this morning, there will be several, up to 25, rollcall votes in order to complete action on the FISA bill and on the supplemental appropriations bill. The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. to allow for caucus meetings. Additional votes in relation to executive nominations are possible today. ___________________
