On the point she just made, as I traveled about the State of Illinois over the last several days, I have run into retirees who talked to me about having the rug pulled out from under them. After having worked for years, they expect to receive retirement income and certain benefits. Then because of a company's change in policy, these retirees find they will lose their health care benefits. But the Senator from Michigan is saying under the new prescription drug plan supported by the Bush administration, you anticipate when this goes into effect over 2 rac{1}{2} million retirees across this country will find these companies basically dumping the coverage they already provided and instead trying to replace it with their plan. Is that what the Senator anticipates as the outcome here?
