I will respond to the Senator from Iowa and then yield the floor back to him, and I see the Senator from New Hampshire waiting. Our last best hope in this debate is that moderate Republicans will step up and say, Enough. This is not what the Republican Party is about. This is not what America should be about. We need to be solving these problems on a bipartisan basis. If enough moderate Republicans would come to that empty side of the floor, which we have been witnessing all day today, and speak out, we could bring an end to this national embarrassment. I thank the Senator from Iowa.
