Of course, many of us thought the President was moving in the right direction with his Section 201 and his response on steel, but the exclusions make us nervous, because if we are going to continue to exclude by the hundreds all sorts of steel products to come into the United States, the net positive impact on the American steel industry and its workers is not going to be there.
