Judge Jackson, you are extraordinary. Your story is a great American story. You are exceptionally qualified for this position. It raises a serious question about conflict of interest for Justice Thomas. The Supreme Court has not been cooperative. It`s one of the few areas in the federal government that is not governed by an ethics code. I think that`s long overdue.
