Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 2832, the GSP bill and the vehicle for trade adjustment assistance. At approximately 12:30 p.m. there will be two rollcall votes in relation to the Hatch amendment regarding the effective date of trade adjustment assistance and the McCain amendment regarding a 2-year extension of that program.
