Is it not also true that we requested, I think together, that the GAO do a study of the amount of money that was being spent on behalf of our veterans at for-profit schools, and did we not find that the cost to the Federal Government was often two or three times as much for the same education that was being offered at community colleges and public colleges? Isn't it true that the for-profit industry, by all objective measures, is exploiting our GI bill at the expense of our taxpayers, our government in debt, and these veterans who are unwittingly signing up for these worthless courses?
