Is it not true the amendment by the Senator from Texas is breathtaking because it says we eliminate all funding for the Affordable Care Act in terms of, for example, the extension of the availability of health insurance for children up to the age of 26? As I understand the Cruz amendment, we couldn't fund that aspect of the Affordable Care Act.
