Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that at 4:30 p.m., the motion to proceed to the motion to reconsider the vote by which cloture was not invoked on S. 3414, the Cybersecurity of Act of 2012, be agreed to; that the motion to reconsider be agreed to and that there be up to 60 minutes of debate equally divided between the two leaders or their designees on the motion to invoke cloture on S. 3414; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate proceed to the cloture vote on S. 3414, upon reconsideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection? Without objection, it is so ordered.
