Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res. 187, introduced earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 187) supporting national minority health awareness in order to bring attention to the severe health disparities faced by minority populations such as American Indians and Alaska Natives, Asians, Blacks or African Americans, Hispanics or Latinos, and Native Hawaiians and other Pacific Islanders. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
