I ask the Senator from Florida, through the Chair, is it also not true, based on the statements made by the Republican majority leader, Senator McConnell of Kentucky, that he is going to give us one last chance in the next 48 hours to either take this partisan version of the bill, addressing this public health crisis, or do nothing for the next 7 weeks?
